THE MANAGEMENT COUNCIL
The Management Council is a group of top executives or senior managers of BigDYX Engineering and Construction (BDEC) who are responsible for making strategic decisions and guiding the overall direction of the company. This council may include executives such as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Technology Officer (CTO), and other key leaders, depending on the organization's structure and needs. The Management Council collaborates to address key issues, set priorities, allocate resources, and ensure that the company's objectives are met. They often meet regularly to discuss and review performance, assess risks, and make decisions that impact the company's long-term success.
